You and your crew unloaded my pod for me in  Santa Barbara a few weeks ago. I appreciated your small business sense of customer service, and your quick response to my request for an estimate. I was particularly impressed that you drove out to look at the available locations for placing the pod at my townhouse community while I was still at work during the day in El Segundo.
 Your established relationship with the local PODS warehouse, and your willingness to deal with them directly to coordinate drop-off and pick-up times to avoid the wrath of the townhomes HOA, made my move much easier. Even the little things, like setting up a place for your crew to wipe their feet since it was raining outside, and sticking around after the pod was empty to set up the beds and reposition some furniture for me, spoke well of your customer service attitude.
 Thanks for getting me moved into my new home. I'd happily serve as a reference for Inside Moves.
