Was buying supplies for the crew yesterday….this is what happen….
Which guys would you like in your house, appreciated employees or cheated employees?
Was buying supplies at Smart an Final today..water, gatorade, Red Bull…the cashier asked me if I was having a party. I said no this was for my moving crews. She said “so you sell it to them right?” I said no I give it to them. She said” for free?” She didn’t get it. I told her it’s important to treat you employees right, they will do a better job!!!! Everyone likes to be APPRECIATED!!!!!

Water Damage Move in Chatsworth by Inside Moves

It started with a call from Michael M. at Oaktree Construction. His client with a 6000sq.ft. house that had water damage and needed our help moving out to fix the floors.
Michael’s customer was very concerned about his goods . The home was a beautiful home in Chatsworth with very valuable stuff. Lots of fragiles and furniture that needed that special touch. I assured Michael we’ve done many Insurance moves and were PRO”S at handling high value household goods.
We called our PackRat partners for storage, they brought out 2 containers. We pack the fragiles and loaded his goods up in the containers and off they went. Then Michael’s crew went to work on the floors.
The goal was to have the project completed for his customers SUPERBOWL PARTY.
Michael guys knocked it out and we put the stuff back in Wednesday before superbowl.
Happy customers all the way around.

Pack and Load by Inside Moves of ABF trailer for Angela in Culver City. We met Angela at dinner in Chipotle’s in MDR ended up loading her trailer the next morning.

Customer of the MONTH was Linda B. Local move+ Hidden Hills to Calabasas. This was a large move with many bumps, rain, husbands, contractors. Linda was great, very patient, treated the guys like gold. After several weweks we completed the move with one very greatful customer.
